Pacult shuffled his pack for the cup clash with minnows TSV Hartberg on wednesday evening. In came Dober and Kulovits for Kayhan and Heikkinen, while young keeper Lukas Königshofer made his debut for Rapid in place of Raimund Hedl. The second division club gave a good account of themselves in the first half, keeping the scoreline at 0:0 and restricting their illustious hosts to only a few chances. It was a disappointing half for Rapid though, the Hütteldorfers playing their first home cup tie since the 2005 semi final against GAK.A Salihi penalty two minutes into the second half got the ball rolling for the Viennese, the striker making no mistake after Rene Gartler was upended in the box. The second half saw the introduction of Veli Kavalk for the Green-Whites, the creative midfielder was providing fresh impetous for Pacult's side. The second goal came on 69 minutes, again scored by Salihi, and effectively ended the game as a contest. Nuhiu came on as a sub and bagged a third on 84 minutes to put a touch of gloss on the scoreline. The draw for the quarter finals takes place on the 21st of this month.ÖFB-Cup: SK Rapid - TSV Hartberg 3:0 (0:0)Hanappi-Stadion, 6.800, Referee Dintar Goals: 1:0 (47.) Salihi (Penalty), 2:0 (69.)
